TVGA was retained by the West Seneca Rotary Foundation to prepare an Environmental Assessment Form (EAF), Parts 1 and 2, as well as an expanded Part 3 as part of the overall design and permitting services for the development of a 245 acre golf course. The 18-hole golf course and 12,000 square foot clubhouse were designed to minimize impacts to wetlands, groundwater, woodland habitat and water quality.

TVGA represented the developer at public and regulatory agency meetings and hearings throughout the SEQR process.

Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), the Town of Orchard Park determined that the project required a more detailed investigation of potential impacts to the natural resources. Based on the results of the EAF Part 3, a Negative Declaration was issued.
