TVGA Consultants performed permitting and design services for the conversion of an existing retention (wet) pond into a free draining, dry bottom detention pond. This pond was a federal jurisdictional wetland requiring project approval through the USCOE. The pond is owned by the Woodridge Park Homeowners Association, an association overseeing a private townhouse development.

TVGA obtained the required approvals from the Town of Orchard and USCOE to complete the project including filling the pond, providing positive drainage around the pond, concrete gutter through the pond for low flows, fine grading and seeding.
