TVGA was retained by the ECWA to provide survey and mapping, design, construction administration and resident inspection services for the construction of Contract T-19.  The project involved the installation of approximately 6,300 LF of eight (8) inch through twelve (12) inch ductile iron water main on Maryknoll Drive and Abbott Road in the City of Lackawanna, New York.  The project was closely coordinated with the Erie County Highway Department, as Abbott Road was reconstructed from Dorrance Avenue to  Martin Road as part of this project.
