TVGA was retained as subconsultant to Two Row Architects to provide civil engineering services for site, stormwater and utility work on the Seneca Nation of Indians Allegany Territory Administration Building project.  This project includes approximately 56,000 SF of new office building construction. TVGA was also retained as a subconsultant to Kideney Architects to provide civil engineering services for site, stormwater and utility work on the Lionel R. John Health Center project on the Seneca Nation.  This project includes approximately 27,500 SF of new office building construction and approximately 6,800 SF renovation of existing facilities.  Services are included during Pre-design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Bidding and Construction phases of the project.  

 

TVGA’s scope of services included preparing site improvement plans and specifications to address: demolition and clearing, water distribution and service, sanitary sewer collection, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control.  Coordination involved interacting with the: Seneca Nation, Landscape Architect, and the mechanical/electrical project engineer.  Additional coordination was required with consultants preparing off site infrastructure projects.  Construction administration services included reviewing shop drawings and making site visits to verify work was performed in accordance with the contract documents.
