PORTFOLIO: Architecture
The project will included design, the development of plans, specifications, cost estimates, bidding and construction documents, and construction administration services for the rehabilitation of the City’s Department of Public Works Building (approx. 24,080 square feet, built circa 1947). Areas of improvements or services required included; asbestos abatement and disposal, roof system replacement, masonry repair and/or replacement, gutters/ scuppers/ downspout repair and/or replacement, skylights and window repair and/or replacement and site storm drainage repair and/or replacement.
The completed project included the Pre-Design phase, Design phase, Bidding and Construction Document phases and Construction Administration phases, as required to clearly define the scope of work and to provide the services that will ensure the proper and timely organization, programming, coordination, scheduling and cost analysis required for the successful completion of the Project.
