The City of North Tonawanda retained TVGA Consultants to complete site planning and engineering design of a commercial/industrial subdivision on the former Buffalo Bolt site located on Oliver Street.   TVGA was responsible for the conceptual layout of the lots and infrastructure.  TVGA worked with the City to maximize acreage for development and minimize the amount of infrastructure to support the development.  TVGA produced site layouts which were reviewed with the neighboring businesses to assess their growth potential and need for expansion area.   TVGA produced a final site layout and worked with the City of North Tonawanda Engineering Department to review and analyze utility infrastructure options.   TVGA’s  services also include preparation of bid and construction documents and construction phase services.
