Both Ruppert and Manuse joined TVGA in 2004. Mr. Ruppert, of
Arcade
,
NY
, has experience with highway drainage projects involving hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, culvert design and rehabilitation, and design of open and closed drainage systems. Mr. Manuse, of Buffalo, NY, has experience with bridge superstructure design, rehabilitation and fatigue retrofit design, bridge load ratings, and the development of contract plans and estimates.
