TVGA Consultants is pleased to announce the addition of Donald J. Hoefler, P.E. to their Municipal Market Sector. A Project Manager with over 19 years of experience, Don has worked on a variety of public and private development projects. This experience includes the design of municipal infrastructure, including water, sanitary sewer, stormwater and highway facilities. Don also possesses extensive site design experience for residential, institutional and commercial development projects. In addition to engineering design services, he has been responsible for agency coordination, SEQRA compliance and permitting/ approvals for municipal development projects.
