David L. McCoy, of Portville, has been named Senior Principal with TVGA Consultants.
A Project Scientist, McCoy joined the firm in 1995 and currently manages TVGA's Jamestown Office, which focuses on providing engineering services for Municipal, Private and Not-for Profit clients in Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and
Allegany
Counties.
Additionally, Terrance J. Boyle, of
Cheektowaga
has been named Principal with TVGA.
A CADD Designer, Mr. Boyle also serves as CADD Administrator, supervising and managing CADD activities in all areas of the 85-person firm. He has been with TVGA since 1999.
